Regions is seeking a forward-thinker and strong team-builder to lead its legal department, as well as its governmental affairs, community development and corporate governance teams. The General Counsel will be responsible for managing the legal department and developing departmental policies, procedures and practices for the bank. S/he will advise executive management and head office with respect to all legal risk matters including internal matters, regulatory matters and risks relating to new product and regulatory developments.
